Changing IE default access directory

Hello everybody


my problem is related to internet explorer.
By default internet explorer can access my computer and all drive to
save, download, open files. i want to restrict this access to
particular directory "c:\internet" so that IE can access files system
below this directory. It should not able to access the file system
above this directory..

My suggestion is to create some extra windows user (not admin) accounts, if
your an admin, can restrict their access rights to directories.
If the users are adims, they can still move downloaded files to any
directory they want, regardless ie restrictions, or even modify ie options.
Or you can create your own internet explore by re-using web browser
controls.
